The perfect villa for sun worshippers
This beautiful villa was built in 2005 on a large plot with a beautiful garden that is a mass of colour in the summer. The 4 bedrooms (each en-suite) will comfortably sleep 8 people.
The villa has four superb covered terraces. An outside staircase leads out from the side of the villa to a first floor arched terrace (which can also be accessed directly from two of the bedrooms).
A further staircase then leads to the roof terrace - perfect for private sun-bathing - this area has magnificent 360 degree views of Cala D'or and the surrounding mountains.
These, along with a brick-built BBQ and a 12-metre swimming pool (partially heated by solar panels) mean you'll be wanting to spend most of the time relaxing in the sun.
Inside the villa, a large well-fitted lounge featuring an open fireplace with exposed stone walls leads off from the front entrance hall and connects to a large modern kitchen.
There is also a utility room with a washing machine. From this utility room, steps lead down to a fitted basement area which has further storage and the boiler room.
On the ground floor you'll also find one of the bedrooms, a twin room with shower room/wc adjoining it.
Large patio doors lead directly from this bedroom to the swimming pool and terrace.
Ascend to the first floor and you'll find the 3 remaining bedrooms (one double, and two twins), each with their own luxury marble bathrooms. The master double (with a king-size bed) leads out onto a shaded terrace overlooking the pool, and also benefits from a bath in its ensuite.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort.
The location of the villa is in a quiet residential area, while still being close to all that Cala D'or has to offer. The pedestrian centre of Cala D'or with it's excellent selection of shops, restaurants and bars is a 4 minute walk away, and the beautiful Marina (also with an extensive choice of bars/restaurants, boutique shops, and the popular Yacht Club) is but a 3 minute stroll away.
The beautiful beach of Cala D'or which sits under the traditional Cala D'or hotel is within a five minute walk, and is ideal for children and adults alike - a car is therefore not required for this villa.
Getting here
The villa is about 50-55 minutes drive from Palma Airport. Taxis are available for return transport to/from the resort for around €60-70 each way for up to 4 passengers (prices can vary depending on the season), or hiring a car at the airport is a simple process.
